Droplink Productions was built by Josh Woodhouse in 2001.
This foundation began when Josh relocated to Austin, moving from Northern
Utah where he worked various jobs involved with music in one form or another.
While playing, promoting, running live sound, and recording music, Woodhouse
decided to pursue an Audio Engineer degree enrolling in “The Recording
Connection” Internship Program. He was placed with Stinson Studios
upon his arrival to Austin. From there, he attended and graduated from
The Austin Recording School’s “Beginning Audio Engineering” course.
Woodhouse continued his education and completed the “Advanced Music
Production“ course and since then he has had the opportunity to work
as a manger in Pro Audio at Guitar Center. This position allowed him to gain
essential connections in order to expand his business and increase his knowledge
of the tools that would make Droplink productions successful today.
Now with the assistance of many key players in the industry, Droplink continues to build a diverse clientele base and solid studio connections which allows the ability to use many different studio facilities to suit any types of artists needs. We look forward to helping as many musicians as possible to accomplish there goals of getting there music heard.
